This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and [Your Company Name] ("Company") for the use of the Chord Craft application software ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software solely for personal or internal business purposes.

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including any updates or modifications, are owned by Company.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of the terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Company, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Software, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Software in violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
By using Chord Craft, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
